The Bylaws are the written rules adopted by The Auxiliary of the National Lutheran Home that govern how the organization operates. The Bylaws establish such things as the duties of the officers, the timing and procedures for the Executive Board and Board of Managers meetings, the responsibilities of the committeess, description of memberships and other such organizational details.
